Modified equipment, rules and teaching strategies ensure that special needs children and individual differences are given high participation and targeted movement opportunities.
Staff ensure that student safety is ensured within lessons. Using safe, modern equipment that is age appropriate and structured allows students higher engagement and practice of skills. Protecting growing, young bodies with the correct weight, shape and type of equipment improves student self-esteem, skill and fitness.
Cross curriculum links to other areas of the curriculum make lesson links to other aspects of the student’s total education. Applying academic skills ensures students learn practical reasons for mathematics, science, ICT, the arts and literacy.

The Whole School Sports Day
A special occasion or a school celebration through physical movement and a love of sport is an iconic entertainment and educational practice in Australian education.
The excitement of participation, engaging parents and other family members provides a reinforcement to an exciting sports day. We bring and set up all the equipment, design the flow and rotation of students and monitor activities at stations. The assistance of teachers or parent helpers provides excellent opportunities for engagement of the school and extended community.
