Pacman Rules -Students must stay moving around the Basketball / Tennis court only on the marking lines Description – Two tippers are the Aliens and the other students are Pacman/Pacwomen. This game is build ups, meaning when a student gets tipped they turn into another tipper (Alien). Once everyone is in start a new game with new tippers. Remember student must stay on the lines of the court. Level 2 - add an object, if a Pacman/Pacwomen grab the object the tippers freeze for 5 secs just like the computer game Octopus tag Rules - Students SKIP from one end of the court to the other, trying not to get tipped. Description – Start with one tipper (octopus) in the middle, the other students (fish) start on the base line. When teacher said GO Fish must try to make it the other base line without getting tipped. If tipped they turn into Seaweed (a tipper but can’t move their feet) Repeat until all students are in. Students can also get in by running Level 2 – Add different styles of moving from one end to the other (side gallup, hopping) Tails
Equipment – ribbon slashes / tags Rules - Students must stay within the lines of the court and if a they lose their tail they are out Description – Every student has a tail hanging out the back of their shirt (shirt must be tucked in). On GO students must stay moving around the court trying to eliminate others by taking their tail without losing their own. Level 2 – Half court, smaller space more awareness needed.
